Delivery, A Quick Guide
- Royal Mail First Class 1- 3 working days £2.95
- Next Day Courier Service Available Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays £5.50
- Europe Standard 1-5 working days £5
- Rest of the World Standard 3-8 working days £10
We will ship your order to your billing address or any alternative address saved in your account, please ensure that you specify your preferred delivery address in the checkout process.
* The delivery costs stay the same no matter how many items you purchase. The more you buy the less expensive the carriage becomes!
Despatch
For UK Standard Deliveries please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be dispatched once it has been accepted. Although we aim to dispatch orders on the next working day after we receive them, a delay in credit clearance or additional checks on your payment or address could make it take longer.
For next day UK deliveries we will dispatch items ordered before 1pm on the same day, however a delay in credit clearance or additional checks on your payment or address could make it take longer.
In the event of items being out of stock we will advise you immediately allowing you to.
1. Be informed of estimated delivery and wait for despatch.
2. Order a suitable alternative.
3. Cancel the order and have your credit card credited in full.
Delivery times and costs
The amount you pay for delivery depends on where you live and, if you live in the UK, how fast you want to receive your order.
Our shipping costs are based on these 3 zones:
1. UK Mainland
2. Europe
3. Rest of world
UK MAINLAND
Within the UK, we offer Standard 1st class Delivery and Next Day Delivery. These options are provided by the Royal Mail.
A signature may be required when you order is delivered to you. If no one receives your order or if it will not fit through the letter box, Royal Mail will leave a card giving the item number, date, time they called and the address of the nearest depot.
You can either arrange for a redelivery to your home or alternative address or collect your order from the depot. Royal Mail holds undelivered parcels at their depots for up to 3 weeks for Standard Delivery and up to 1 week for Next Day Delivery.
If no attempt is made to have the goods redelivered or collected within that time, they will be returned to us.
If your order is sent back to us, our Customer Services Team will wait 5 days for you to contact us. After that, we will refund your payment, less our delivery charge and the couriers return delivery charge.
ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS DELIVERY: 1-3 WORKING DAYS, £2.95
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). The delivery time cannot be specified.
NEXT DAY COURIER DELIVERY: NEXT WORKING DAY, £5.50

Orders must be placed by 1pm on Monday to Thursday to ensure delivery the next day. Orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday (except Bank Holidays). Next Day orders placed on a Saturday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
EUROPE
STANDARD AIRMAIL DELIVERY: 1-5 WORKING DAYS, £5
This option costs £5 for orders of any size.
(There is no express delivery option.)
REST OF THE WORLD
STANDARD AIRMAIL DELIVERY: 3-8 WORKING DAYS, £10
This option costs £10 for orders of any size.
(There is no express delivery option.)

*Please be aware that delays may be caused by customs in your country. As this is beyond our control, we cannot provide information on why or for how long your order may be delayed.
