Returns

At celtictshirts.co.uk we aim to make all our customers happy, therefore we make every effort to ensure that the products that you order reach you in perfect condition. If any products do not reach you in satisfactory condition please return them to us unused following the procedure below. 

1. Complete the return slip

2. Put the item to be returned  into a mailing bag accompanied by the completed returns note.

3. Attach the freepost returns label to the outside of the mailing bag.

4. Seal the mailing bag.

5. Take the package to any UK post office and ask for a certificate of posting -- please retain this, in the event of the goods not reaching us they will have to be located using this certificate prior to any refund being made.

If you returned the item due to a fault, you have a choice. We can send you the same item again or you can choose an alternative item. You can also choose to cancel the order, we would then credit your credit card on receiving the goods - this may take 5-10 days depending on the postal service.

Please note we only except returns on faulty goods or if the wrong order has been despatched.

We regret that goods cannot be returned from countries outside the UK other than by special arrangement -- for further details please contact us.
